Administrative Director
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar (Preference for Indian nationality)
We are a growing company based in Al-Wakra and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the administrative team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for administrative expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, employee records, and other important documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide support to senior management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial position.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
