Bank Teller - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Malayalee or Egyptian preferred)


A reputable bank in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking an experienced Bank Teller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee or Egyptian national with previous experience in a similar role. This role does not require fluency in English, however basic communication skills are preferred.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients while efficiently and accurately handling financial transactions. You will also be expected to promote the bank's products and services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their transactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer information and ensure all necessary documents are collected for account opening and other banking services
- Educate customers on the bank's products and services to meet sales goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and adhere to banking policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bank Teller or similar role
- Malayalee or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Basic communication skills in English (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Knowledgeable about banking products and services
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Own visa/transferable visa is required
