Are you a motivated and experienced business professional with a passion for coaching and helping others succeed? Our company is seeking a Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or work on a freelance basis.

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one coaching sessions to clients who are looking to improve their business skills and reach their goals. You will work closely with each client to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set achievable targets, and develop personalized action plans to help them achieve success.

In addition to coaching sessions, you will also have the opportunity to conduct workshops and seminars on various business topics such as leadership, marketing, and financial management. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the most relevant and effective guidance to your clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business management or consulting, with a strong understanding of various industries and business models. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in English is required, as well as the ability to adapt your coaching style to meet the needs of non-native speakers.

This role requires a high level of self-motivation and organization. As a part-time coach, you will need to efficiently manage your schedule and prioritize tasks in order to meet client expectations. A positive attitude, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills are also key qualities for success in this role.
