We are a growing company based in El-Fujairah, UAE and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for flexible working hours.
As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules and appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining files and records, and performing basic accounting tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English as well as strong organizational abilities. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is also a plus.
