Administrator (Egyptian Nationals)
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator for our company located in Lusail, Qatar. This position is open to Egyptian nationals only and requires no English language skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles and be able to work independently with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, and other documents
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Book travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Schedule appointments for senior staff members
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing clients, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality is a must
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
