Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales by assisting customers with their purchases, showcasing products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging products in an appealing manner
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong selling skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders if necessary
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Al-Rayyan
Preference: Indian nationals or those with valid work permits in Qatar. Part-time positions also available for students.
