Administrative Assistant
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondences
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
