Staff Assistant for a Business in Medina, Pakistan
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Pakistan. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. They should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for business executives
- Handle correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English language
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
