Waiter/Waitress


We are looking for a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately according to customers' requests
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
- Process payments using cash or credit cards, ensuring accuracy in transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area at all times
- Assist with setting up dining tables for new guests as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail in order taking and serving orders accurately
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting trays throughout shift
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
1800$ per month

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position.

Nationality Preference:
We welcome applications from individuals of any nationality who meet the job requirements.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide free visa sponsorship for successful candidates. However, candidates must arrange their own travel arrangements to Al-Kuwait.
