Housekeeping Manager
We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the housekeeping staff in our hotel located in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in housekeeping management and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained according to hotel standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
- Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
