We are a renowned restaurant in Al-Kuwait, known for our exceptional customer service and delicious cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your main duties will include greeting guests, presenting menus, making recommendations, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly personality. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them with menus
- Make recommendations based on the guest's preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints professionally
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Must have own visa or be eligible for employment in Al-Kuwait
