Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by managing day-to-day operations and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies inventory and order necessary items
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external contacts on behalf of the company
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
Salary: $1100 per month
