Inventory Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control and management. This includes monitoring stock levels, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and developing strategies to optimize inventory efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Identify any discrepancies in stock levels and take corrective action
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving inventory efficiency
- Manage a team of inventory staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders
- Oversee the ordering process, including forecasting demand and managing vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Knowledge of inventory management software preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making abilities
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. This position is open to Indian nationals who are currently residing in Jeddah. Accommodation will be provided for employees who do not have their own visa. Candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
