Immigration Attorney


We are a leading law firm in Al-Rayyan and we are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Immigration Attorney to join our team. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in regards to immigration laws and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on various immigration matters
- Prepare and file various immigration applications, petitions, and appeals
- Represent clients in immigration hearings and court proceedings
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents
- Communicate with government agencies regarding client's immigration status and applications
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff members to ensure efficient handling of cases
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar membership in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
- Experience handling various types of immigration cases such as family-based visas, employment-based visas, asylum, citizenship, etc.
- Strong knowledge of US immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

This is a full-time job with free visa sponsorship and air ticket provided. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
