Call Center Representative



We are in search of a Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and following up on customer complaints. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a call center environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for Indian nationals with proficiency in English.
