Petroleum Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

We are in search of a highly skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing methods for extracting oil and gas from underground reservoirs. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations to optimize production and minimize costs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of reservoir engineering, drilling operations, and production techniques
- Proficient in using industry software such as Petrel and Eclipse
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimizing oil and gas production
- Design well placement, completion techniques, and artificial lift systems
- Monitor production rates and analyze data to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other engineers and geoscientists to develop new drilling plans or improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Continuously monitor industry trends and technologies to improve efficiency
