We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and advertising, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all visual aspects of our projects, from concept development to final execution. This position requires a high level of creativity, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects including print ads, digital campaigns, packaging, and more
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging
- Present ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage and mentor a team of designers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600 USD/month

City: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (suitable for Indians)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as an Art Director or similar role.
