Administrative Assistant (Egyptian)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail. As an Egyptian national, you will be familiar with local procedures and customs, making you an asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Providing general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
Salary: $1600 per month
Contract Type: This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year.
