Secretary - Malayalee Preferred
We are a reputable company located in Yanbu and we are seeking a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Drafting letters, memos, and reports as needed
- Coordinating travel arrangements for management team
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or similar role
- Fluent in Malayalam; proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
