Petroleum Engineer

A leading oil and gas company in Lusail is seeking a highly experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas production and possess excellent technical knowledge in drilling, completion, and reservoir engineering. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating production plans, and implementing strategies to optimize well performance. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum engineering field and be fluent in English. This position does not include accommodation and requires candidates with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting reservoir analysis to determine the most efficient methods for oil and gas recovery
- Designing drilling plans and selecting appropriate equipment
- Monitoring well performance through data analysis
- Identifying potential production issues and proposing solutions
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry
- Strong technical knowledge in drilling, completion, and reservoir engineering
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have valid work visa for Qatar
