Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jabal-Ali. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them during their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Clear tables and clean up after guests leave
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to provide outstanding service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
