Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee Cuisine



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Malayalee restaurant in Jeddah. Our ideal candidate is a fluent speaker of Malayalam and has a strong understanding of Malayalee cuisine and culture.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines for food handling

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (reading, writing, speaking)
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and customs preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar setting preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus tips. Accommodation is not provided.
