Driver Supervisor

As a Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of drivers in Doha. Your main role will be to ensure that all transportation services are running smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be required to train and supervise drivers, as well as handle any issues or concerns that may arise.

To excel in this position, you must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with your team. You should also have experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on driving and logistics. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise a team of drivers
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
- Create schedules and assign routes for drivers
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to transportation services
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall transportation operations
- Conduct safety training for drivers and enforce safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in transportation management is preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on driving and logistics
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: 1400$ per month.
