Legal Counsel - Indian Nationals (English speaking)



We are currently hiring for the position of Legal Counsel to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company, specifically focusing on Indian laws and regulations. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters related to Indian laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Advise on labor law related issues including employment contracts, terminations, and disputes
- Handle litigation matters as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to provide guidance on legal implications of business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney in India
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to labor, contracts, and commercial matters
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.
