Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Make travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
