Administrative Director - Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will oversee all administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting activities.
- Manage daily operations of the office and provide support to staff.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize company events and meetings.
- Handle any employee-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Malayalam.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: 1600$ per month
