Hotel Manager (Malayalee)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: $1200 per month


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Doha. As a Malayalee, you will be able to communicate effectively with our predominantly Malayalam-speaking staff and guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure high-quality service is consistently provided
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Maintain financial records and prepare budgets to ensure profitability
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Build relationships with local businesses to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or a related field
- Fluent in Malayalam (spoken) and proficient in English (written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
