Administrative Manager in Lusail
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within our company. You will work closely with various departments and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to record keeping, data entry, scheduling, and office supply management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes.
- Train and supervise administrative staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed by management.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the administrative department.
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
