Administrator - Al-Khor, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals)
We are hiring an Administrator for our company in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks and operations. This includes organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing support to staff. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Provide support to staff members and assist with their needs
- Ensure proper communication with clients and vendors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
1700$ per month
