We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team!
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
* Administer medication as directed by a licensed medical professional.
* Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping.
* Engage residents in social and recreational activities, promoting their physical and cognitive well-being.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the care team.
* Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
