Administrative coordinator
Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company in Dukhan, Qatar. This role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Act as a liaison between our company and external parties such as clients and vendors
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1700$ per month
