Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to a diverse clientele
- Monitor food quality and consistency, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established standards
- Train and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to meet budgetary targets
- Uphold high levels of sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Creative flair with a passion for developing new and exciting dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen sanitation practices
