Legal Assistant/Paralegal


We are a reputable law firm in Al-Rayyan seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. This position is open to Pakistani and Malayalee candidates, with no English language proficiency required.

As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in various legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting documents and contracts, and organizing case files. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various cases and topics as assigned by attorneys
- Prepare legal documents and contracts under the guidance of attorneys
- Organize case files, including maintaining electronic records and filing physical documents
- Assist with document review and preparation for trials and hearings
- Communicate with clients as necessary under the supervision of attorneys
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field preferred
- Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
