Retail Sales Associate



As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store located in Al-Rayyan. This full-time position is suitable for men with experience in retail sales, preferably Indian nationals. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and company policies
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Must have own visa and be legally eligible to work in Qatar
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
