Waiter - Indian Cuisine



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Riyadh. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take food and drink orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure all items on the order are delivered correctly and promptly
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Monitor tables for cleanliness and ensure proper table setup before seating guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in an Indian restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
- Valid transferable visa (own visa) required
