Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will work closely with clients to assess their goals, create customized workout plans, and provide motivation and support to help them achieve their desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals, medical history, and any physical limitations
- Develop individualized training plans based on client's needs and fitness level
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises and provide modifications as needed
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to training plans as necessary
- Provide nutrition guidance and advice on healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
- Communicate regularly with clients to track progress, offer support, and answer any questions or concerns
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels or physical limitations
- Basic knowledge of nutrition principles
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You may be required to work evenings or weekends depending on client availability.
Salary:
Starting salary will be 1300$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
This position is located in Jeddah, but our company welcomes applicants of all nationalities.
