Petroleum Engineer



We are seeking a highly experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for the extraction of oil and gas from reservoirs. Your duties will include conducting feasibility studies, analyzing data, and overseeing drilling operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in technical software and tools used in petroleum engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards

Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the potential for oil and gas extraction from new or existing reservoirs
- Analyze geological data to identify potential drilling sites and estimate reserves
- Design drilling plans, including well placement, trajectory, and equipment requirements
- Oversee drilling operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications
- Monitor production rates and analyze data to optimize well performance
- Collaborate with geoscientists, production engineers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive plans for oilfield development
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
