Indian Executive Chef in Ar-Ruwais
We are seeking a skilled and creative Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure all food is prepared and served according to established recipes and standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items, promotions, and special events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Own visa status preferred (no sponsorship provided)
