Administrative Manager - Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and responding to emails.
- Supervise and train administrative staff members.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments within the company as well as external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
