Wedding Planner


We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative wedding planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the planning and execution of weddings for our clients. This includes coordinating with vendors, creating detailed timelines and budgets, and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision and budget
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Create detailed timelines for all aspects of the wedding day
- Manage budget and payment schedules
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on planning progress
- Attend site visits and rehearsals to ensure everything is in place for the big day
- Coordinate transportation for the wedding party and guests
- Oversee setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception spaces
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or in event planning
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local vendors in Medina is preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
