We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operations. This is a contract job suitable for all candidates, including those without prior experience and accommodation.
Your main responsibilities will include managing office tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with various projects as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed, and ensuring the office is kept clean and organized.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills in English and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be handling sensitive information and important documents. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
