Administrative Manager for Malayalees in Al-Wakra, Qatar
Our company in Al-Wakra is seeking an Administrative Manager who is fluent in English and has experience working with Malayalee employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Malayalee administrative staff
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and expense control
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience working with Malayalee employees preferred
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: 1200$ per month
Contract type: Full-time, contract position
