We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer issues or inquiries. This job is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for part-time employment without the need for English proficiency or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
-Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
-Provide product and service information to customers
-Update customer accounts and records with accurate information
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
-Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling difficult or irate customers

Requirements:
-Indian nationality with valid visa sponsorship in Saudi Arabia
-High school diploma or equivalent
-No previous experience required
-Availability to work part-time shifts as needed
-Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Salary: 1700$ per month
