We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the design and creative direction for various projects. Your main tasks will include conceptualizing and executing designs, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final execution
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals
- Oversee the production of all design materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across different mediums
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Knowledgeable about current design trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred
