A leading retail company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing and organized store layouts
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and adjust merchandise displays accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and inventory levels
- Assist in the training of new merchandising staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
