Office Clerk - Contract Position (Dukhan, Pakistan)
A dynamic and fast-paced organization in Dukhan is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. This position is open to Pakistani nationals with no English language requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- File documents and maintain organized filing system
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu or Punjabi
