Administrative Manager for Al-Wakra Office
Our growing company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager for our Al-Wakra office. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position is full time and open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and data entry clerks
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for upper management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budget
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role required; experience in a managerial position preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar (candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Al-Wakra)
