Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are hiring a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh and drive revenue growth for our property. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and promoting our hotel to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clients
- Build strong relationships with key clients and travel agents to generate leads and secure bookings
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience throughout their stay
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel brand
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
