Bilingual Secretary in Yanbu
We are in search of a skilled and organized Bilingual Secretary to join our team in Yanbu. As a Bilingual Secretary, you will provide administrative support and assist with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office's filing system
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect as needed
- Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Conduct research as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Yanbu. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing there.
