Indian Administrator in Medina - With Accommodation
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Medina. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with onboarding new employees by completing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the company
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be an Indian national residing in Medina or willing to relocate
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
